KEY MANAGEMENT

We take care of your house for you even when you are not here. We carry out regular inspections and if we discover a problem, we will inform you immediately. If your alarm is connected to an alarm control centre, we can be the contact person, etc.

REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT

If there is an urgent problem, we can attend to it straight away and organize repairmen/technicians to carry out any remedial work. We will supervise the work and keep you updated. If you require any refurbishment of your home, we can organize quotations for you and we will send you photographs so you can see how the work is progressing.

KOLIDAYS

We take care of everything so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. We organize cleaning, laundry, gardening, pool maintenance, transfers to and from the airport, medical assistance, tourist information and much more.

MANAGEMENT

We also assist with all the necessary details required with a holiday home e.g. local authority, taxation, banking, utilities, insurance claims, notary matters, etc.
